PROMOTING HUMAN RIGHTS THROUGH ART – ADDRESSING GENDER INEQUALITIES

Prizren Fest and the Center for Equality and Justice, through the support of the OSCE, the Mission in Kosovo is pleased to invite you to the Conference: Promoting human rights through art – Addressing gender inequalities.

This conference aims to address gender inequalities and non-respect of human rights, through art, focusing on inequalities within art making, theaters and gender roles within them and the understanding of equality as a fundamental human right and the promotion of living without gender-based violence.

Art, all over the world but also in Kosova, plays an important role in addressing some negative phenomena in society and their meaning through art, hence the call to commit to change. Therefore, we invite you to participate in this conference and discuss together with personalities from the field of art, human rights advocates, gender equality activists on all challenges and have clear recommendations for institutions and the whole society.
